Ugh, should have done this months (like a year!) ago-- but a single RTX 3080 is about 150,000 blocks a day, which is good for a top-100 in daily production. o_0

Sadly the distributed.net CUDA client is too old to run on RTX 50-series.

BTW anyone recall if there's any limitations in GPU scaling? I popped a 2nd RTX 3080 into my one box doing distributed.net.

I was seeing about 180k to 186k blocks/day with one RTX 3080. Now with two I am seeing about 250k to 259k blocks/day. That said I super have not paid attention to clocks or temps or anything else, I literally had long enough to install the 2nd RTX 3080, make sure it booted, then ran off to do actual work-- so I will definitely check on things when I get a minute. There's plenty of space between the cards given the top card is only 2 slots.

FWIW the 2nd RTX 3080 is a Zotac LHR card with a blower, while the original card is an Asus GeForce RTX 3080 TUF Gaming V2. So maybe LHR cards are gimped in RC5-72?
