Played a little 1.2 over lunch. Performance seems slightly worse maybe? Was getting some hitching and dropped a couple settings down a notch, but maybe it was just recompiling shaders in the background or whatever.
It does feel like dlss got blurrier on conveyors.
Oh I also ran into issues in the last few weeks where borderless fullscreen was hitching bad. Moving to fullscreen this went away completely.

That's what I'm thinking. It was pretty chunky when I started my new world, but after about 10 minutes it cleared up.

I'm doing that now. It's definitely different. You can't count on having a reasonable amount iron near you start, so production of things ends up more spread out, and there's a lot more schlepping.
Though I did start building some truck depots with factory carts bring some of my more far flung things like modular frames back to the HUB. But starting with a normal SAM node just right there, or having uranium in what would normally be a cluster of iron makes things interesting.

Okay, so I wasn't going crazy. 1.2 introduced some sort of bug with snapping which made it worse. Seems basically across the board it doesn't behave quite the way it's supposed to. Probably setting the game down for a while until they fix that because even just zooping rows of foundations is harder than it used to be and I'm in the point in my game where I'm starting to get into builds that need lots of snapping.
